CompuTrainer ride

I pulled the trigger and hired a coach for IMWI.  I'm looking forward to working with him.  We are going to work on speed work this winter and then this spring move into long distance work.  I am taking a 6 week break from any structured training after the Chicago Maraton.  I need it for both a mental and phyiscal recovery standpoing.

4k PAWS (Pets are Worth Saving) walk with our dog and our neighbor, their 19 month old and their dog. It was fun. Nothing like seeing 1500 dogs walking along the lakefront path.
