Nothing today. I have meetings in Kansas City.  Flying in and out in one day.  Plus my leg is messed up.  My calf hurts and it is causing some numbness in my foot.  Made a doctor's appointment for tomorrow if it doesn't get better.

Going to hit the weights at lunch and get a run in tonight.  Need to start getting back in the groove and not pack on the winter weight. 

Monday - October 26

Taking another rest day.  Didn't sleep real well last night.  This is the last week of being lazy.  I'll get back into it next week.

I am doing ART on my hips tonight and may do some core and pushup stuff while watching TV tonight.

Friday - October 23

I feel like I am living in Seattle.  All it has done the last 3 days is rain and it is supposed to keep raining until Tuesday. 

I may get a short ride in tonight or I may not.  My wife did a charity event last night for Christoper House at a bar.  She was a guest bartender and all the tips went to the charity.  Let's just say that I contributed a decent amount of tips.  I'm not feeling on top of the world right now.
