Rode the IMCDA course on the CompuTrainer Real Videos. Helped me remember the race.

Going to the doctor at 1:20 today to get my calf looked at.  It is still hurting and causing numbness in my foot.  
 
Saw the doctor.  Have a slight pull of my calf and my foot numbness is from a sprained ankle.  I twisted it a couple of times during the marathon stepping in some potholes.  Going to have some ART done on the calf and just do some PT on my own for the ankle. 

Thursday - October 29

Nothing today. I have meetings in Kansas City.  Flying in and out in one day.  Plus my leg is messed up.  My calf hurts and it is causing some numbness in my foot.  Made a doctor's appointment for tomorrow if it doesn't get better.

Going to hit the weights at lunch and get a run in tonight.  Need to start getting back in the groove and not pack on the winter weight. 

Monday - October 26

Taking another rest day.  Didn't sleep real well last night.  This is the last week of being lazy.  I'll get back into it next week.

I am doing ART on my hips tonight and may do some core and pushup stuff while watching TV tonight.

Pulled up the flowers in our yard and racked up the leaves. Also carved some pumpkins.
