CompuTrainer ride

I pulled the trigger and hired a coach for IMWI.  I'm looking forward to working with him.  We are going to work on speed work this winter and then this spring move into long distance work.  I am taking a 6 week break from any structured training after the Chicago Maraton.  I need it for both a mental and phyiscal recovery standpoing.

Ran on the treadmill. Didn't feel like running outside. We have 25mph sustained winds gusting up to 50mph.

Crappy night of sleep.  Will try and get 4 miles running in tonight.  May have to do it on a treadmill as we are having winds up to 50mph gusts.  Don't feel like fighting that outside tonight.
