Upper Body at Lunch and Pilates after work.

Had a good meeting with my coach last night.  We are going to start the off season program next week.  Since my calf is still bugging me we are going to hit the bike and swimming first and move into running a few weeks later.  I need to hammer the bike the next 10 months as that is my weakest point right now and where I can gain the most ground.  I rode 6:35 at IMCDA, I want to get under 6 at IMWI and be able to feel fresh for the run.

Good times last night.  Stayed up too late, but had a blast.  Got up early and drove back to avoid the Bears traffic and get home to watch the game. 

The Bears are who we thought they were.  Terrible.
