Slept through my swim today.  Work was crazy last night.  I didn't get to bed until midnight.  Too many projects coming due at one time. 

Going to try and get a 90 minute ride in tonight.  My swim has been lacking for this race.  Hopefully the rest of my fitness pays off and I can get through the swim without issue.  Too late now to try and make any of it up.

Was supposed to go 90 minutes but that was all I could take on the treadmill. Plus my stomach wasn't too happy with me and my in-laws are in town so I had to get home.

Supposed to run 90 minutes tonight.  However, we are supposed to get severe storms including hail.  I brought my stuff to suck it up an run on a treadmill.  At least the treadmills have TV's so I can watch Sportscenter or some games to keep me entertained on the dreadmill.  I won't run in lighting or hail.
