Stupid iPhone.  I tried to install the newest operating system and am getting all kinds of timeout errors when it is updating.  Should have known better than to try it on the first day.  Now I have an expensive paper weight for a phone.  The iPhone sucks.

Today is a rest day.  Going to do a little stretching at lunch today, maybe some easy strength training and then get my hair chopped (need to be aerodynamic as possible for the race Tongue out ).
