Was going to get up and go swimming this morning, but decided to sleep in.  I figured I deserved some sleep and didn't really feel motivated to get my butt out of bed and to the pool.  I'll probably get a quick swim in at lunch and lift some weights after work.

Going to try and get 3 miles running in tonight.  Will depend on how my body feels.  Legs are still heavy and my lungs still hurt.  It is going to take a while to recover.
