Not happy today.  Had to drive into work today as I need to pick my bike up after work, it's getting a tune up and a check over for before the race.  As I was backing into my parking spot at some lot there was a small fence and the bike rack on the back of the car caught on it and bent the hell out of one of the racks metal arms.  I don't think it is fixable.  Needless to say I'm pretty pissed right now Yell.  At least my bike can fit in the car (I have an SUV), until I get a new one. Ughh. 

 

I got on the scale today for the first time in about 6 weeks and I'm 10lbs lighter than last time.  I guess IM training causes you to lose some weight.
