Bunch of drills and some easy swimming. I'm trying to learn to breathe better bi-laterally. It is a work in progress.

wow, I did some lunges and squats yesterday for the first time in about 6 months.  My butt is sore.  I can barely move and I just did light weights.  I'm going to try and get a swim in at lunch and if my legs let me a run tonight.

Was going to get up and ride this morning, but we had friends over for dinner last night and I had a few too many glasses of wine.  I'm going to give myself through the weekend to kind of do whatever I want and then I'm going to get back on the horse.  I need to start getting ready for the Chicago Marathon.

Was going to get up and go swimming this morning, but decided to sleep in.  I figured I deserved some sleep and didn't really feel motivated to get my butt out of bed and to the pool.  I'll probably get a quick swim in at lunch and lift some weights after work.
