I am losing my swimming shape quickly. Need to get into the water more.
VQ Warmup on CompuTrainer
Power Test at VQ. Was able to average 215 Watts for the ride. It was painful. I am getting out of shape quickly.
Lower Body and PT excercises
Swim this morning and tonight I start an 8 week Vision Quest cycling class. I think tonight will be a power test. If I can make it through the test without puking I'll be happy. I haven't been on my bike much as evident by my logs.

Nothing today. Was going to go ride, but woke up walked the dog and my wife and I decided to go get brunch instead. I start a new bike class on Wednesday at Vision Quest. They should kick my butt back into shape.

Rode from my house to Oak Street Beach and back for swimming. Rode my old mountain bike.
Swam in the lake. I GPS'd it and it is .55 miles from the first ladder in the water to the second turn around bouy.
