Easy run to test out hamstring. It wasn't painful, but I could feel that something wasn't right in it and it is really tight. I stretched a lot afterwards.

Decent swim. Swim time includes a 1/4 mile run from the lake to transition. Actual time in water was 28:07. I need to get faster in the water. May take some more lessons this winter or do some masters swimming

Ok run. My hamstring cramped on my at about 5 1/2. Not sure what that was all about. Slowed down a ton on my last mile or so due to hanmstring.

2:41:10 for the race.  Happy with the results.

Saw Nine Inch Nails at the Aragon Ballroom.  Heck of a show.  It will be a few days before I can hear again.

Going to get a run in this morning and a swim tonight.  I'm going to be in Oak Park for a meeting this afternoon and will try out the Fitness Formula Pool at their Oak Park facility tonight.  I heard it is nice.
