Recovery Run

Going to run tonight probably 4 miles.  I need to get some swims in.  I've been slacking on that lately.  I'm just too lazy to get up in the morning now. 
 

Monday - August 3

Didn't sleep well last night.  It was really windy and our furniture on our roof deck kept blowing around.  I was too lazy to get up and go tie it down.  I would just fall asleep and then hear a chair go flying across the roof. 

I may try and get a short ride in tonight as my legs are tired from yesterday.

Was going to go 1500 today. Something is wrong with the pools heater. I stopped at the 500 yard mark and looked at the temp and the water was close to 90 degrees. I bailed on the rest of the swim.

Lower Body and PT excercises

Swim this morning and tonight I start an 8 week Vision Quest cycling class.  I think tonight will be a power test.  If I can make it through the test without puking I'll be happy.  I haven't been on my bike much as evident by my logs.
