Flying to St. Louis for work today.  Going to try and get a quick run in this evening at the hotel.  Probably will be on a treadmill since I have no idea where to run from the hotel. 
 

Monday - September 7

Rest day today.  Had a good weekend with a 20 mile run and almost 40 mile ride on Sunday.
