Had ART and Gratson done on both my hips this morning.  Hurt like heck, but I think it helped.  They feel better now.  Going to lay off of running today and ride again tonight.  I'll try a short run tomorrow and then get a longer one in  on Saturday.

Wow, this was a tough run. Both of my ITB's up by my hips were killing me and my left hamstring was tight. To top it all off I had GI issues and I felt like I was swimming thru the air it was so humid out. At least I got some miles in. I'm worried about my ITB's though. I may not run again until Sunday and do some biking and swimming.
