Came home from work last night at 7:30.  Ate a quick dinner and went to bed at 8:15.  I got up at 7:15.  11 glorious hours of sleep.  I feel so much better.  Going to get a run in at lunch and then a swim this evening.

I am exhausted and fighting off the beginning of a cold\sinus issue.  Didn't sleep well this weekend or the past week.  Lots on my mind.    Need to try and get to bed early.  Have a short swim on tap for today to work on the drills from yesterday. 


Oh snap.  My wife just signed up for the Boston Marathon again.  Looks like another trip to Boston in late April.

PPL Swim clinc. Got video tapped, lots of drills and great coaching. Good to see Schmize up and about coaching as well. Lots of good stuff today. I really need to learn to breath on both sides.

This was tough. I pushed the 200's, 400's and 800 hard. Good workout.

Long day at work today.  7:30 am - 7:30pm.  Bagged the workout.
