Skipped the last 3 minute walk part of the 5k sessions. I was getting too close to home and didn't want to go around the block. I needed to let my poor dog out.

Came home from work last night at 7:30.  Ate a quick dinner and went to bed at 8:15.  I got up at 7:15.  11 glorious hours of sleep.  I feel so much better.  Going to get a run in at lunch and then a swim this evening.

I am exhausted and fighting off the beginning of a cold\sinus issue.  Didn't sleep well this weekend or the past week.  Lots on my mind.    Need to try and get to bed early.  Have a short swim on tap for today to work on the drills from yesterday.

Oh snap.  My wife just signed up for the Boston Marathon again.  Looks like another trip to Boston in late April.
