Wow. Nothing like running in 25 MPH winds with lake effect rain kicking in. A miserable day to run, but on the plus side I'm finally starting to feel a little bit more normal. I was able to push a few of the miles. That wind and rain were tough though.

was supposed to swim today.  Didn't feel like it.  I took the day off.  I'm really not enjoying swimming anymore.  I may take some time off from it.
