Monday - March 26

Long day. Back and forth to Boston.  Was up at 4:15am and got home around 10pm.  Still feel like crap.  Seeing the doctor tomorrow.  

Sunday - March 25

Nothing today.  Just resting trying to fight off this cold.  Have a 6:30am flight to Boston tomorrow and a 7:30pm flight back.  Gonna be a long day.

I think somebody is trying to tell me not to do this race. Between the feak ankle sprains, I now have a head cold. My wife got sick on Thursday and of course I have it now. Hopefully I get over it quickly. I have a business trip to Boston on Monday that will require me to get up at the ass crack of dawn. So much for getting some rest.

Friday - March 23

Was going to swim this morning.  Got up around 5:30 to swim.  Laid back down and next thing I know it was 7:25.  Needless to say I missed swimming.  Will ride this afternoon and swim tomorrow morning.  

Foot is kind of sore this morning.  No more running until next Saturday. Hopefully 8 days off will heal it.

I could feel my ankle and foot during this. Will probably not run again until the race. Give it a good 8 days off.

Easy ride this morning and may try a real easy run on the treadmill to test my foot.

Swim at lunch and ride tonight.  Feeling good on the swim and bike for the race.  Just hoping my ankle holds out.  May try and easy run on Thursday or Friday to test it out.
