Had a good birthday yesterday.  Got a nice run in with Anne and several friends in the morning.  Then I dragged Anne to see Act of Valor at 4:40pm.  We hit up Pequods for pizza afterwards.  

Got home around 8pm and Anne had made a chocolate cake with Reeses PB Cups on top of it, I'm addicted to those.  Had some cake opened a few gifts and was in bed and asleep by 9:30 on a Saturday.  Was perfect. 

 

Today I'm going to get a bike ride in and then tonight Anne and I are going to Next Restaurant for their elBuli menu.  We are looking forward to that.  To top it off I get tomorrow off from work for my birthday.

Cold windy run along the lakefront. Ran with a group of 5. When we turned north and back into the freezing cold wind, my buddy and I were cold so we dropped the pace into the 7:45's to hurry back to the car. Felt pretty good.

Easy spin to flush out the legs

Run with Anne and some good friends this morning.  Going to get a quick easy ride in after lunch and then going to see Act of Valor at 4:40 today and going to try and get into a pizza place for dinner.  Plus I'm another year older today.  I am now closer to 40 than 30.
