I had to go to work today to do some on site monitoring following a big application release that was rolled out into production earlier this morning.  I thought I had to be there for 4 hours but ended up staying for 6.5.  I could use the overtime $$$$ anyway.

I went grocery shopping on the way back home and for a run once I got back home.

It doesn't look like we will have a time trial tomorrow.  The weather dude is calling for rain and thundershowers all day and evening.  I hope to be able to make it for Tuesday's session even though I'm on call.  Tuesdays are usually quiet but you just never know.

I've been good with my food intake this week therefore I rewarded myself with supplements: coenzyme Q10 and CLA.  I am hoping to boost my immune system and help my weight loss.  CLA has worked for me back in 2004,  should work again this time around.

Stop and go, done in busy streets.

I'm feeling a lot better today although I had to get up at 2:15 this morning for an activity.  I was up until about 7:30 as I went for a ride after I was done and went back to bed until 9:00.

I will be joining some of the tri club members at 6:30 PM for the "Adopt-a-Road" annual clean up and will try to go for a swim at around 9:30 PM.

Nope, no hill climbing session tonight.  My lungs are not up to it quite yet although I am feeling better today.  I hope I will be able to do something tomorrow.

I had a busy day today.  I had to finish testing a change that I have to roll into production this Thursday morning.  I am working half a day this Sunday, I think it will be from 10 AM to 2 PM.  I will certainly go for a swim beforehand.

Another night of coughing and pages... I'm working from home today and I'm off call this week but I cannot do too much catch up as far as training goes.  For the life of me, there is no way I could do a bike time trial tonight; there is a structured hill climbing session tomorrow night on Old Base Line that I would very much like to attend but this will be too demanding on my lungs.  My chiropractor told me today to just go for shorter and easier rides, runs and swims until I get better just so to get the cardio going.

I booked an appointment with my doctor, she can only see me next Monday.  Oh well...

Back on the Eat Clean diet bandwagon for real.  I am not going to let all the $$$$$ invested on the good food I bought yesterday go to waste.  Day one went well, no cheats; my carbs, fat and protein intake ratios are pretty much in line with what they should be.  Heck I even have room for fat free vanilla yogurt as an evening snack, yay!
