Treadmill. I am somehow getting near my 5k pace from the 5k I did last October.
7:35pm: I guess I have to start getting up early if I want to run when it's not 90+ degrees outside. Meh.
I really need to go buy food. For some reason I keep not buying food and I just had cookies and root beer for dinner. I think I might have some chicken broth and noodles lying around somewhere... (I go through spates of cooking a lot and then not wanting to cook at all).

Tempe Town Lake / Lopiano Habitat. Note to self: do not eat chorizo, spinach, and cheese filled crepes covered with cream sauce at the Barrio Cafe (or anywhere) before running in 90 degree weather. Duh. Ow. Cramp.
Yoga Today episode 298 - Building a Strong Core with Sarah Kline
10:20pm: I like yoga. I don't know if I'm going to get a workout in tomorrow because Z got us tickets to go see Al Gore speak. Sweet!
5:10pm: It is hot again and there have been crappy jam bands outside my house all day.

Yoga Today - episode 296 - Sports Fitness with Adi Amar
9:45pm: I was getting bored with doing my same two yoga DVDs over and over and a friend suggested I use Yoga Today, which I saw a while ago but totally forgot about. It's a great resource - it's an hour-long (well, 55 min or so after the initial commercials) free yoga class, with a new one each day. I should do yoga every day. Yup.
It's really loud and crowded outside my house because the Tempe Festival of the Arts and some music festival are going on. No running around the lake this weekend.
