Added a little more length to the swim. May have been 550, might have lost count in the middle. Long run in early evening. First half felt really good. Second half got worse the longer it went on. Legs got really tired last mile or so (nutrition?). Felt like I was starting to get some blisters on my right foot, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Spent two hours walking around Morrill Hall for my sons birthday. Feeling like I am coming down with something. Feels like I haven't slept in a week. Taking the night off to try and get better.

Started new workout video series with wife, Power 90. Stretching and circuit today. Rains came so didn't get run in today.
