Left ab is feeling better - some tenderness but better than before. No pain while swimming. However, after about 10 this morning, I just started feeling worse and worse and am now very sick. Hopefully a good night's sleep will take care of it.

Still having some pain in my ab but it is feeling better. There is nothing protruding so hopefully it is just a pulled muscle. I'm going to play things by ear for the next couple of days and see how it goes. If it isn't better then I'll be headed to the doctor :(

Easy - just trying out riding with the sore muscle...not bad sitting up but the aero position was out.
My lower left ab is really sore - started yesterday. Going to take it easy and hopefully things improve. Might do an easy ride to see how it responds.
