I was at the track most of the day; just felt like chilling out when I got home.

Excellent run this evening; first real run since California and it felt great! Calf is back to normal!
Bad start to the day; up at 5 to head to the pool to coach; had some bike trouble (first time on the road bike since putting it back together) so had to go home (about 3.5km :() grab the car and drive to the pool
