HHH ride. I drafted maybe 15%. The rest of the time i was pulling. Felt good. Mile 85 my right leg started to cramp. I was pedaling with one leg lol. I popped like 7 endurolytes and after another 5 miles the cramps went away.

I was in New York City all week and didn't stay in a nice part of town. My hotel didn't even have a workout facility. So i didn't do anything this week. Doing a 100 mile ride tomorrow. I hope my legs work.
