I think this was the fastest run I have done since 2008. It felt really good.
Newtons and Garmin. I somehow always seem to run faster in them. Not sure if it's a psychological thong or not, but it is consistent, when comparing to my Brooks ravenna ("regular" shoes) or minimalist shoes. Weird, but I'm good with that.
