first swim since the tri 10 days ago, first time back in the pool in 14 days. I felt like I lost some endurance. Worked on keeping my head down more as that's supposed to help bring the legs up. It may have helped.

I changed the data field settings on my Garmin, swapping in average pace instead of HR. Now, the main run screen shows me time, distance, pace, and average pace. (I never monitor HR while I'm running, although I log all the HR afterwards) This gives me a better feel for how I'm doing overall without having to try to do math in my head while running. I think I like it!
