Equipment:
Fractionné (3-1 ) with Pierro-cock. Slow and easy. Calves were sore especially towards the end. Adductor was 100%.
I find it very annoying that there's not the "not enough" option under # hours slept ...
Swim and then run. It'll be interesting to see how the right calf reacts to it since it's still very sore this morning.
Went to bed early and I could sleep in BUT as usual, I woke up at 5 and couldn't fall back to sleep. Grrrr. I think I did at some point but not sure. The right calf is very sore this morning. Pretty sure it's because of yesterday's cramp while swimming, don't think it has something to do with the run.
