Lots of cleaning in the house. Was supposed to go run with the club today and then swim. But I'll try to be reasonnable and NOT run because since it's been a month I didn't really run, I'm not sure it would be a great idea. Last night's run was fine (included some speedwork, I know I shouldn't have) but 5 minutes towards the end, side of left knee was not good, I was slightly limping. So rest for the sucker. Then, dinner with an old friend that I neglected.

Vo2 test yesterday was good. Lots of numbers. A few quite high, too high, and other too low. I'll take the average I guess. That study is very cool. I'll have access to a cardiologist, very soon, and also a nutritionist for free.

The BP machine got weirdo last night. Tried tech support but didn't help so there was no way I was letting it beep each hour without it recording datas. I ditched it and had only the HR machine for the night. Crappy night of sleep anyway since I couldn't move and stayed on my back all night. Oh well.

VO2max test at 2h00 this afternoon. Yay! Following my expert, I'l run.
