ST from coach. Added some band work for shoulders and lats. Abs and some quick stretching.

Copy and paste from yesterday. Except that the road conditions suck this morning. The car-in-the-ditch count is already at 2, and I'm not even on the road yet. :)

Might try to go swim tonight and stretch.

The Man in the shirt today has a bunch of meetings out of town. They are not so much on the interesting side but much more on the demanding side. Hard to please client AND very twisted case. Let's say paranoia AND manipulation are involved, and oh, a 350+ pages case...

Depending on time and left leg, might run after work. We'll see. I curse at the fact we started running inside, I have plenty of little things coming out since then.

Update :Nice nap at lunch. That's what I'm talking about.

Apparently, the word democraty isn't in the canadian dictionnary. That's ridiculous! We're getting out of a federal election (mid-October) and there's a chance the party that was elected is going to be thrown out by the other 3 parties. What's even worse is that :

  • the potential new Prime Minister would be a man that got clearly rejected by voters AND his party ;
  • both parties that would form a coalition had together less votes than the Conservative ;
  • the separatist party from Quebec (on the federal scene) would support a party they just called corrupted less than 2 months ago ;
Come on! Anyway, it's not like we're about to go into an economic crisis or anything...

Wow."

Coach's routine slightly modified to adapt to my personnal equipment. Added abs and PT shoulder exercises.

Craaaptacular night of sleep. What's new... At least, I kicked my butt when the alarm went off and went doing my ST in the basement. At work all day, looking at the beautiful snow falling and then run. Sadly, it'll be inside because the streets are not very safe for interval training. We'll do it in the stadium (200m track) from now on. I'm a bit worried that I may injure myself since it's harder on the body. We'll see and I'll try to be reasonnable. Plan B is to ditch them and go aquajog and do the intervals in the water.
It's started... (by the way, should I say "It is started" or "It has started" ?!?).
