5 x 3min getting to race pace and above. Almost killed myself deer-style! Getting in a curve, in aero, at about 27mph, when you're not used to your bike is quite stupid...

2nd was tough in THE big hill. Legs felt like big gingerbreads.

Free concert last night on the Plaines d'Abraham. Very good concert. Clearly, Fat Mike was drunk AND having fun. Taking advantage of the fact that a good part of the crowd seemed NOT to understand that he was insulting them, he had fun! These guys seem to have a lot of fun together on stage. Please note the glass holder stuck on his mic stand! He was constantly getting down to take a sip of vodka between 2 verses. I want to be an alcoholic ... I think you already are Fat Mike!
Lac Beauport this morning. 40 minute swim, followed by 4 loops around the lake and then a running loop with a few intervals.

Rode the TT bike. Very slow for the most part and then, 1 fast (race pace) lap. Mes jambes sont dans la marde. Plenty of lactate.

Like my famous friends "Kris Kros" would say : "I missed the bus". Was supposed to ride with the club but missed them because I was late.
Mainly Z1 trying to get to them, but ended up not going at the same place as them, so I was chasing ghosts all along. Oh well. Tried to ride aero as much as possible.
