Another great massage last night. Still very cold today, -41F, coach cancelled the crosscountry skiing. I'll go bike inside instead and do some ST.

I'll have to take care of the car, I hope it starts this morning, otherwise I'll go buy a new battery. A towing, a new battery, 4 new spark plugs and a lot of money later, I have a almost-new-car! :)

Car didn't start this morning. Very incovenient since nobody went to work for different reasons so no ride possible. Had to borrow my father's car. Now, that is something convenient! Kinda pathetic that Québec and Arizona had over 100F of difference yesterday!

Yoga last night was fun. A little harder than expected on some occasions, mostly the quads. But the lack of flexibility was fully known so we'll work on that. 2 triathletes at yoga yesterday, trying to get a third one next week.

Today is still a mystery. I'd like to do upper body ST and aquajog, we'll see how it goes with the car situation.
