Holly crap, I got back on the bike. Started to forget what one lookes like. :) Looks like trainer rides for the the next few months. Did some high gear sprint work a few times and cruzed the rest.

had my fastest 1/4 mile swim ever today. 6.53. I will pay for it though. My back, just under my armpit is very sore. Well worth the effort though. Who ever said you need rest durring the off season. :) (I know what was I doing the last few days but resting :))

Wow, my first mile, I was flying! Actualy scared myself since it was still dark out. My splits dropped off fast, but the last time I had a mini breakthrough like this, my splits all came in line about a month later. If this holds true I will be shaving at least 15 secs. off each mile in a 3 mile run. We will see
