hill run today. Flew down the down hill section in 8.53. Decided to try to make it back to the top with less than a minute added on. 9.26 on the way back up. Not a long workout since I could not drag my sorry butt out of bed in time, but it was an out door workout anyways :)

watched the Supperbowl XXXVI highlight DVD during the workout. Very invigerating. It forced the longer workout.

surprisingly, my arm feels fine today. Will need to try to get on the bike trainer today. Going too long with out bike attempts. Who would have figured I would choose run workouts over bike workouts. :)
