hill run today. Flew down the down hill section in 8.53. Decided to try to make it back to the top with less than a minute added on. 9.26 on the way back up. Not a long workout since I could not drag my sorry butt out of bed in time, but it was an out door workout anyways :)

Nice slow paced trainer ride
legs were flat but I just needed a brick for my psychie. Have not had an hour workout in months.
watched the Supperbowl XXXVI highlight DVD during the workout. Very invigerating. It forced the longer workout.

Holly crap, I got back on the bike. Started to forget what one lookes like. :) Looks like trainer rides for the the next few months. Did some high gear sprint work a few times and cruzed the rest.

surprisingly, my arm feels fine today. Will need to try to get on the bike trainer today. Going too long with out bike attempts. Who would have figured I would choose run workouts over bike workouts. :)

time and distance just an estimate. watch did not start correctly on the first length. Water at the lake was 60. had to start with the back sroke till I warmed up enough to get my HR down. Was faster than the others, but I did not feel too fast. Just worked on some drills
