legs still a little sore, plan on a run in the AM, going to try to start up again.

Unschedualed rest day. My legs are still spent from last Sat. I must have pulled a mussle or something. Going to take it easy and day by day right now.

crappy run at work in workboots agin. Still can not get my legs to streach out, but getting better. Going to ride on the trainer in the AM. and hope to swim on Friday with DK still. These mornings are getting cold though

No workout again. Today just sucked big time. Should have stayed in bed. Just needed a good dope slap. Snapped out of my funk by totally screwing up a spindle replacement on a lawn mower, could not have been more backward with out TNT. Just loved smashing the shaft with a hammer, only to cause an hour more work :) Hammers are great stress relievers.

Ok this trainer ride realy sucked. My body is still not happy about the wind sprints on Sat. Have had a tought time moving and walking, let alone a good workout. Decieded to put the 5 min. rule into play and see if I could get to my missed 1 hour ride on Sat. Almost had to go to the granny gear just to make a 1/2 hr. That just sucked. Hope tommorows run in the rain is better.
