Ok, very crappy swim today. Got up late. Forgot my swim bag. Borowed a set of goggels from DK. Wore baggy swim trunks that felt like an anchor. Need some jammers, or tri shorts to swim in. Oh well.

trainer ride today. Got up a little early and decided to push the ride up due to the chances of heat realated fatique on Thrusday. I think that was the right move. Swim tommorow with DK

this weekend has become an unexpected rest weekend. My wife worked a double on Friday into Sat. I took the kids out of the house in the AM before she got home. Planned a ride today in the AM. Kids got up at 6, but did not bother us much. We lounged around and sleept till about 10. The first time that has ever happened in our house with kids home. The rest of the day was a drawn out birthday party that was kind of like a little vacation. Worth skipping a long ride for.
Ok tommorow is another day, onward and upward. No more outward.

Was halling some serious but the first hour. Rode mostly in the areo position. Carged up hills and maintained on the flats. The last half hour I suffered from the sprint work on the hills. Was worth the effort
