Wow, I am surprised that my legs are so tight. Glad I held back last sunday to be ready for H2. Trek got back to me today and said my bike should be good for at least a few more seasons.

Prerace day. Went to Plimouth Plantation for about 3.5 hrs. Went and checked in at the hotel and the camp (when I found it). Got together with Mark from Trifury and drove the course again. Met Isis and the three of us went out to dinner. Good times.

Damn, I saw stars when I got ready to get in the car for a swim this morning. It is awfuly dark in the morning around hear. Swam with street lights to use as points of reference. :)
My shoulder was a little sore in the first 400 due to lack of swimming the last few weeks. I felt ready this morning, but this after noon I started getting light headed. Decided to back down some of the plans for the weekend to ramp up for the race better.
