Drainer ride. Finished the Pirates of the Carabean with director and Deep commentary. More to come :)
No workout yet. Hope to get on the drainer tonight and streach out the back and legs. Feeling better tonight. This morning my back was still toast from a poor posture lift yesterday. Live and Learn.

Yes it is true, I missed the Run to Remember with the BT croud. On the other hand, I did say that I was ready for a 1/2 Mary, so here it is. I got up at 3:30 AM to start my run. Got to work 5 minutes late and no shower, but I got her done! No excusses here. Now time to focus on speed work for Sudbury Sprint. Should have a huge A race there.

No workout today. Sad to have misseded the R2R and the movie after. had a great time with the family at the indoor playground in Woburn. Would count the 2 hours as cardio, but not quite :)

Lake run, had the time for twice the milage, but balked. Could not get up for a longer run today. Decided to salvage the run with some speed work since I had extra time. Not great, but still a workout.
