Rode on both bikes today. Got in 1/2 hour ride in the AM on the drainer and logged about an hour of time at the bike shop while being fit to the bike. Hope to get outside for a real ride on Sat. Pics soon

I bought a new bike today!!!! Trek pilot 5.2 2005!!!!!!!!
Ok, have done my multi sprot challenge numbers, I am up to 299.9 points of my 350. Have been wanting to take a break and have a rest week. I will start with no real workouts this weekend, of course with the kids at my parents house till sunday AM, if the wife wants to go for a walk then that is fine. I will look at my training scedual and should be able to get my last 50.1 points with a "rest week". Boy dose my body need if from this months training. My run split speeds are dropping like a rock and emotionaly, I need the break. Now if work can just slow down. :)

What a lousy run, good thing my swim brought the workout score up to a 2. My legs were very flat. I should realy take a rest week, or a few days off, but only 7 days to the end of the challange. I want to make this one.
Finaly back in the water, worked on getting my stroke form back, had to stop and reset my brain a few times. got the swim in after work, on the way to a hockey game
Back in the water almost a month earlier than last year.

No workout as of yet. Had no desire to get out of bed today and went to bed feeling a rest day may be in order. Still want to try and get a drainer ride in today to keep pace with my challenge for the month. Just a little behind.
Ok the work week is almost done and things should be a little quiter for a week or so, but do not count on it. Now if I can just shake the nightmares at night, I could sleep a little better and get back to a real training schedual again. Hey what fun would life be if we did not have some ups and downs. Nothing to judge the good days by. :)

the kids dragged me out, so I took the bike around the neighborhood. Met the new neighbors. They have a son B's age.
Bike porn is up!
Woke up early for my workout and got ready to go at it. Made coffiee, got dressed, started car then nausa overwhelmved me. Went back to sleep. Then banged in to work. Still feeling sore in all joints, but nausa is waining as of 2 PM. Will hope to get out tommorow. Need 27.6 pts to complete this months challenge
