First open water swim of the year. Temp was a warm 60 Degs. Air and water :) Little cold the first 30-40 strokes, but fine after that.

Ok, just for clarification... Yesterdays blog in regards to shaving and legs were not connected thoughts. It should have read... While looking in the mirror, shaving my face, I realized that my legs felt remarkably fresh. :) Thanks for reading to much into my grooming habits :)

While shaving, my legs felt very fresh. Decided to go for speed this morning. Last speed workout before Sudbury in two weeks. New PR today.Old one was set 8-23-05
