The wait is finaly over! Dulcinea is now dirty! :) Started the group ride in the rain. Was not to be deinied.Got to the ride at 6:20 to meet the 2 gents ridding at 6:30-7 time frame. They were a no show. Waited for 9 group. 2 arrived at 8:40 so we went anyways. Had a great ride, only one minor wrong turn.

Boy did that run suck. Gave the workout for the day a 4 because of the awsome swim, but needed the run to make my pts for the month. If it were not for the challenge I would have passed on the run and waited till after the ride tomorow.

Ok, shaved about 3 minutes off the mile time. Would be better in open water and or jammers instead of baggy swim trunks.

Apparently the rules of clockwise swimming durring lap swim do not apply to the gommers at the pool tonight. head on in my first length. Was not aware anyone was swimming on one side and not in a loop. Easily resolved and finished no problems. had a couple of foot cramps but worked them out.

As of 5 PM not a workout yet. Missed the allarm this morning. Will get a swim in tonight, and if time a quick run to round out the numbers for March Challenge.

Month end notes. No wonder my legs felt like led this last 10 days or so. I shelled almost all previous personal records for training this month. I ran more than any other month in my life. My total volume in minutes was second only to last July by less than 100 minutes. Factor in that all my riding this month was on  a trainer except 1 mile, and that says alot.

As for my weight last march 231.71 for the month, this year 226.14, down about 0.1 from last month.

Woke up early for my workout and got ready to go at it. Made coffiee, got dressed, started car then nausa overwhelmved me. Went back to sleep. Then banged in to work. Still feeling sore in all joints, but nausa is waining as of 2 PM. Will hope to get out tommorow. Need 27.6 pts to complete this months challenge
