did not fall asleep last night till about 2 AM, not a good sleep either. No workout today. Need to focus on sleep right now. Not sure why I am not sleeping, but I need to get a workout in some day soon. Also sleep is causing major case of the blues. I hate this feeling, and need to get out of it

was up late last night so I gave up on a workout for this morning and decided to sleep in. May ride or brick tonight if I can get all my homework done before the kids go to bed.

Wanted to do an hour ride followed by a 10 minute run to beat last years totals in those catigories. Can not complain too much, have gotten some good swims in. Time to back it down a notch, not quite a tapper this week, but not hard either.

Went out after work with the kids and my mom to the MOS. Had a great time having dinner and going around the museum. I also got away for an hour to go see Wired. Not quite what I thought it would be but still great.

Just missed a PR on the lake run. Ran it in the reverse direction today, not thinking I would have enough for anything like a PR today. Surprised since I hammered on the bike so much last night
