Planned day off today. Just as well, I slept like crap in a huge way last night. Not even caused by watching the Super Bowl. Could have cared less, but watched the first half anyways. Still sore from the great workouts this weekend. Tommorow is a schedualed swim, so I plan on making up the other 1.5 hours missed on Sunday to keep pace with my group :) They threw down the gauntlet, I am going to run away with it :) OOPS, today was the swim day, so I need to see what I can do on a different day. Tommorow is a hell ride anyways.

Total amount run, estimated distance, but pretty close I am sure. Could have used a little more time/ distance, but I realy needed the race atmospher to work my running.
Lack of sleep last night due to trying to get 4 7 year old girls to go to sleep from 8:30 to 10:30. Then stayed up to talk to my wife when she got home from work. Sleep over was a huge success.

drainer ride while finaly starting Star Wars episode 3. Need to prescreen it before letting the young ones watch it.
Things much less stessful around the house today, and I see it staying that way for a good long while to come now. pieces are falling into plance and nowhere else to go but up :)

The long story short...missed yet anouther workout. Right now the family is stuggling a little to be a cohesive unit. This is no longer just me taking extra care of things around the house. WE are just going to need to take appropriate action to fix issues.

missed another workout this morning. My son came down with a bad dream at the same time I was to get up for a workout. Kind of hard to tell a 4 year old to go back to bed, when you are getting up. Rubbed his head to get him to fall asleep so my wife could go back to sleep

drainer ride. boy pushing the big gear combo for 2 10 minute TT's realy sucks on a hill set up I have going on for the drainer. Will hppefully pay off in the spring :)
