What a mega crappy run. The only reason this was not a 1 for quality of workout was I finsihed it. My legs were toast from yesterdays drainer ride. Oh well, it will pay dividends in the spring :)
Roughly 2 minutes per mile off my PR on this lap. I am also not concerned since I did some strides in the beggining of mile 2.

Total amount run, estimated distance, but pretty close I am sure. Could have used a little more time/ distance, but I realy needed the race atmospher to work my running.

drainer ride while finaly starting Star Wars episode 3. Need to prescreen it before letting the young ones watch it.
Things much less stessful around the house today, and I see it staying that way for a good long while to come now. pieces are falling into plance and nowhere else to go but up :)

Drainer ride. Was scheduled for a longer ride, but wanted the brick instead of the extra time. May work on getting in the rest latter. Boy I am starting to not like the goal I set this month :)
Dreadmill. Do not like to and the knees liked it less, but it got the idea of the brick into my legs

I love the vanity that comes on some days after a workout. I rarely see myself as being fit, but today in the shower after the workout, I realy took notice to how jacked my leg mussles were! I realy love it when they start to get definition back. I was starting to forget what it was like :)
