home from mini vacation with Ben. Off to fireworks in Wilmington tonight.

spending the weekend with Ben up north. Little worried that the first race of the year I was planning on is next weekend. Will have to get some workouts in to see if I am even remotely close to taking the line without risking injury.

this run so so so sucked. Let's see...main thing was stomach cramping. This is due in no small part to
a)lack of training, run specifically
b) eating sushi and a pt of Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia fogurt before a run.
c) the Garmin being temperamental due to operator error.
d) any excuse is a good one right now, and that sucks ;)
