this was a Silver Lake swim. Did not get a chance to get all the way across the first lap due to the group starting before I got there. Did a bunch of mixed types of swimming. Went out too fast and had breathing issues. Just kind of had fun. Talked while breast and side stroking on the way back in from the first lap. Need to try the HRM on my back with the monitor on my head.
Swam with the kids at the tech. This should make it close to an actual mile of swimming today.
My schedule got messed up a bit today. Was set to attempt a run when I got out of work, but was not to be.

woke up at 4, before the alarm!
All set to get ready for a nice long ride. Only problem, my legs are not ready for this abuse. Decided not to ride to work due to the soreness and threat of rain. Will try to get on the drainer tonight instead, if nothing else to loosen up the legs.
Good intent dose not get the job done. I was just about to go down on the drainer when my father called and asked if I would like to take my kids out bowling with him, mom and my niece. At least we all had a good time.

picked up a speed/cadence sensor for the drainer. yes, I have a CT, but this really helps get the data I want into BT.
