Upper Bear, Stagecoach, Kerr Gulch. Worked on charging the hills.
Decided against driving to the gravel pond in case of thunderstorms, so rode around Evergreen then swam at the pool. So glad we went for a ride -- just a few sprinkles and otherwise sunny and nice.
Sunday's run or today's bike; 4:30 gravel pond swim.
June 15
I won't log the cheering and child chasing/wrestling, but I am logging the strength workout I got working on the hallway instead of riding :(
Cheering and chatting in the heat is a lot of work! Wish I had raced so I had a good excuse to be so tired -- other than getting up @ 4:30.... Hope we ride after naps.
BTers at the race: Mel, Linda, Mike and his wife Melissa, Julia, Chris, Ocky, Shannon, Andria, Ben, Beka and Kelvin, Becky, Ray, Ryan, Dan, Mark and Michelle, Stacey, Richard, Scott, Drew, & Ted of course.... I think that's everyone I saw. If I missed anyone I'm sorry -- my memory sux! Also there from TTC but not BTers (yet): Kristine, Melynda, Kevin, Patty, Liz & Jana. What a great group!!
Patty won her AG and Julia came in 3rd in hers -- fantastic job!!
We let off balloons and signed a Get Well poster and took a group photo for Stacie -- hope it helps cheer her up! Missed you Stacie!!
Cheer @ 5430; Long ride.
June 14
To the far end and back at the gravel pond.
Chatfield, Titan, Arrowhead, Wadsworth with Ellen and Lynn and Ted. Practiced aerobar position and I didn't fall down :)
Just did one loop on the bike after swimming so we could go Father's Day shopping. Teddy got a tile saw and swim trunks -- ain't he a lucky guy! And he promises we can go for a long ride tomorrow. Time to shower and go to a party.
Was hoping to get studded snows off my car since I finally had a free moment -- BigO is packed (4 hr wait) so everyone else is really late at doing this too? Have to wait til Tuesday now.
Met Velveeta today at the gravel pond! I remembered "blue / zoot" for 24 hours ;) And you do look just like your avatar Stacey! Hope you had a good swim.
Today: 8am OWS (1 hr min.) & bike (2-3 hrs) & run (15 mins)
June 13
I don't want to go to the pool. My head's stuffed up and I'm cold. Wah.
Track wo's are deceptive buggers -- feel fine during and after, but can't walk the next day.
I guess today is officially Whiny Day.
Today: pool swim 6am; massage & chiro 8am; softball 6pm.

Got to run w/ Serrotta and ChrisP and a bunch of nonBters altho very cool members of TTC :)
Today: Strength 1hr am or trainer; Track w.o. 6pm.

Drills, swim, kick, instruction all included in time. Guess on distance
Ride from BigO to work.
Work to BigO
Felt sick tonight. From lack of sleep and too much caffeine to stay awake? Fell asleep at my desk for 3 minutes today! Glad I was the only one there.
Chatted w/ a guy on a moped at a stoplight, then left him in the dust when the light changed. I was on my bike :)
Julia says I have to work on core strength and kicking. Why is always the stuff we hate that we have to work on? (No need to answer that. )
Today: 5:45am Masters; BigO then ride to work.
Take the long way home. Pick up the car, duh. Music at the Lake.
