40 Mile Loop at Paulina Lake. Lots of elevation, the back end of the ride had no shade with temperatures in the high 80's. I ended up getting picked up by a car and not finishing the last 3 miles. Nothing in my legs, Achilles was sore, over heating and could not catch my breath.

4.5 mile walk at the look. Marking down as a 2.0 mile equivalent run. My heels were sore and my knees beginning to feel thick. My Achilles were sore the next day.
