Went to runners world on base, and did two loops on the course. Just walked it fast to stretch my legs out, but no true physical running.

I am on vacation from training, and just enjoying my three weeks off from any hard training. Everything is all easy pace to very slow tempo (oops), bad word, I am on vacation. OK, all on easy sessions. Zone 1 for HR during three weeks.

5 min before and 10 min after the fast walk. Felt really good to be out there.

Happy Tuesday all, and today is another day off from training.

Couldn't sleep this morning after I woke up around 0400. Just a habit that is hard to break.

Last evening was a long night, as we spent it in the hospital with Linsy. She had such a bad cluster headache that she was also throwing up with it. They gave her a bunch of meds, and two IV fluid bags. Gosh, I wish I could of had some after IMAZ. Guess they also said that she was really dehydrated, and that caused all the issues.

Anyway, another day at work, and catch you all later.

Very nice easy session on the computrainer this afternoon, and felt nice to loosen the legs. Saddle felt OK, and was happy to loosen up. Good easy ride.

Got on the Computrainer to loosen legs, and felt really good to stretch there. Quads felt OK, but no cramping or soreness. Felt easy. Turned the TV on to just enjoy the session.

Great day, and easy session to just stretch.

Swim this morning was nice and easy tempo swim, felt good, and awesome to be back in the water.

Well, I think finally my legs have recovered from all this time, and feeling better. Only issue left is my blisters that need to finish healing, and those just take time.

Spent about 20min stretching this morning, and oh boy did it feel good. Got to keep that up.

WOW, got home last night from my massage, drank lots of water, then went to relax in bed, and guess what, woke up during night for bathroom breaks, water just flows through me, and woke up this morning. Can't believe I sleeped 11 hours last night. Holly Crap!!!

Body doing better, and legs working more efficiently. Just taking healthy food in, and enjoying the rest that its getting. Right now, have a short swim tomorow morning, will see what happens, but need to follow the recovery plan I have. Club has a 70 miler, but I think I will just show up and say hi. There is no way I want anything between my legs right now, and even less a pair of shoes on my feet.
